Here’s a polished 5-star review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Israel provided excellent service during my oil change at Firestone. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt like my car was in great hands. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you, Israel, for making the experience so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Made an appointment online the week before and took the day off work to get my truck done right away and had the appointment for 8am I dropped it off at 730am and confirmed my appointment which was for 4 new tires then added TPMS sensors as well and said I would wait for it to be done 45 minutes later I was told the tires I ordered didn't show up and had to wait till 10am for them so I left to run errands at 130pm I had to call to check on my truck and was told the tires still had not shown up and had to wait even longer but that it would be done before they closed that day I didn't hear for them til 5pm that it was ready and wasn't even given an apology for the delay even though I was told the job was only going to take originally 1-1.5 hours from the service writer in the morning. What is the point of making an appointment if they can't get a job done within a reasonable time frame

I got Blizzak winter tires installed at the Aurora, IL New York Street location recently. The service was great and the tires are excellent in the snow. My rear wheel drive feels like an all wheel drive snowmobile! I really like the courtesy air check they do! Thank you!
